Often referred to as ‘Citrus Caviar’, the Finger Lime is a delicate, tasty fruit native to Australia. Filled with hundreds of tiny, tangy juice vesicles, their taste has been described as a combination of lemon, lime and grapefruit.

This variety produces fruit with red-green flesh that contains pink or red juice vesicles. Its flavor is described as being more “fruity” compared to the traditional finger lime.
