We do not offer refunds or exchanges on trees that arrive as shipped. All sales on our website are final. We do guarantee that you will receive a healthy tree in good condition. Many factors affect the health and growth of citrus trees after they leave our facility. If you experience issues with your tree after planting, please take multiple pictures and contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis.
If you have an issue with your tree upon delivery please take multiple photos and send to us via email as we may need to contact our shipping company. We will replace your tree with the same variety if it is damaged in transit.
