The Valencia Pride mango is a very classic mango both in its aroma and its flavor. The fragrance can have a honey-like quality to it, and the flavor profile can give hints of peach, citrus and pineapple. Yellow when fully ripe, the fruits are creamy and smooth.

While not the best choice for a small yard, the Valencia Pride makes for a beautiful, reliably productive shade tree if the room is provided.

Due to their large size, Valencia Pride mango trees are not considered a good choice for growing in containers.
