Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Photos of the tree
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
Claims submitted without photos or outside the 24-hour reporting period may not be eligible for review.

We are happy to assist with general citrus tree care questions. While we strive to provide helpful recommendations based on our experience, growing conditions vary by location, climate, soil, and care practices. We cannot guarantee specific growing results or fruit production timelines.

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

- Customers must call before arriving.
- Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
