Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on live plant material. We take great care in growing, inspecting, and packaging each tree to ensure it arrives healthy and ready to thrive.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the situation.
