Shipping policy
At Backyard Citrus Trees, we work hard to get your trees packed and shipped quickly while making sure they arrive healthy and ready for their new home. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, promotions, severe weather, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
Because we ship live plants, shipping schedules may occasionally be adjusted due to weather conditions to help protect tree health during transit. If significant delays occur, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your shipment to delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any concerns.
