Orlando Tangelo Tree

The Orlando tangelo was created in 1911 when a Dancy tangerine was crossed with a Duncan grapefruit. This created a very juicy, mildly sweet fruit that looks and feels a lot like a tangerine.
The Orlando tree is moderately vigorous and has been found to be slightly more cold resistant than its cousin, the Minneola Tangelo (Honeybell).
